One of my favorite new Thanksgiving traditions has become drinking mimosas in the morning with my mom and Oma (that’s right, my 90 year old Oma loves a good mimosa!). Of course this is normally after my brothers and I run a 5K because we’re that family now. And then I like to eat cinnamon rolls and watch the Macy’s Day Parade. But no matter how you spend you Thanksgiving morning, I think this festive Thanksgiving mimosa will make your morning more fun.

Here is what you need:
- Champagne
- Cranberry Juice
- Apple Cider
- Cranberries (roasted or raw)
- Granny Smith Apple Chucks
- Cinnamon Sugar
I could probably provide you with some proper measurements and suggestions, but I don’t like to do that with my drinks. I think you should be able to put as much or as little cider, juice and champagne in your class (but for my I usually go heavy on the champagne). Also adding a cinnamon sugar rim really tops the whole thing off, and makes it look fancy. Here is where I got the inspiration for this!

Hope you enjoy a your Thanksgiving morning!
