In a recent blog post, I talked about how I have curbed a lot of my shopping habits since moving out from my parents house. That being said, I still really love shopping. But I can talk myself both into and out of anything if I set my mind to it. The likelihood of me buying all of this is so unlikely, but it still scratches an itch in my brain to see all of these items lined up in a cute little blog post. Take a look at this post, and you will see the inner turmoil I face as I see things I want to buy. I definitely can’t buy any of these until I buy all the plane tickets I need for my summer plans, but if you were curious as to what is in my shopping cart, here it is.
.
I’ve heard a lot of hype about the Baggu Crescent bag. I gave into the hype of the Lululemon belt bag and am so obsessed with it. But the one thing I don’t like is how small it is. The Baggu Crescent bag is bigger and can definitely hold all my junk. But do I need another purse?
I promised myself I wouldn’t buy any more t-shirts or sweatshirts this year, and I am still holding out strong. But I am geeking over this shirt! I am so in love with this book vase. I love buying flowers for myself and I already have two vases in my apartment from my parents, but this is so cute! I already have a lilac Carhartt beanie, but I love this light green one. And it’s on sale!
I am pretty much done decorating my apartment and definitely don’t need anymore knick-knacks or artwork. But I absolutely love this quote and print. I would absolutely make space for this in my apartment. And with the amount of candles I burn everyday, I think this candle care set would be a good investment. I also love this heart shape cast-iron pot but I think that may just be because it’s almost Valentine’s Day.
Confession: I somehow ripped my first pair of Sheertex tights. I don’t know how!!! But I do know that they still lasted way longer than my other tights, so I would totally buy another pair. Especially while they have their anniversary sale going on. My friend Taylor was telling me about these ear plugs and I definitely want to make the investment! I went to a concert a few months ago and my ears were ringing. I kept thinking how I need to get some ear plugs. These look very high quality and are specifically intended for concerts.
I’ve decided to run TWO half marathons this year. That’s not super out of the blue for me, but I do want to train better. That may involve some better gear. I need to get a foam roller and eat more protein, but I also would like to get these recovery sandals. I am also interested in getting a gua sha to massage my skin, I just hope I would use it enough.
I care very deeply about smelling good, so I am very curious about this Necessaire Body Wash. I wish I could just try it out, but I may just need to buy it. The same goes for this Rare Beauty blush. But I wonder if that is just the new ‘it girl’ item for the month. Do I need a $89 silk pillow case? Probably not. But this has peaked my interest since I’ve seen so many people talk about it.
I have a new fashion fixation, and that is on feminine menswear. I saw a few videos on the clock app of tuxedo vests, blazers and trousers. Of course, with the outfit I have in mind, I would need a lace bralette under it. I also saw this lovely asymmetrical shawl that would look great with wide leg trousers too. I see a big ‘ballet’ trend happening right now and love this red pair. And apparently silver shoes are also big right now, so these silver kitten heels would be a very fun edition to my closet.
As you can see, I am very wishy-washy about all of this. Guess well see in February what actually makes the cut!
