Happy Halloween! Over the weekend, my darling friend Mary threw a Halloween party over the weekend and I decided to dress up as a dirty martini. Because I have never had an original thought in my entire life, I got this idea from the clock app and made a point to DIY it and thrift all of the pieces. As a friendly reminder, I am a #thredupambassador and I got 75% of this costume from thredUP.
What You Need:
- Green/Olive Colored Top (I got this FP Tube Top from ThredUp)
- Red fabric (that you can cut into circles for the pits)
- Silver Skirt (also from ThredUp, but any silver or black bottoms will do)
- Plastic Face Shields (here is where I got mine!)
- Safety Pins
- Clear Packing Tape
Arts and Crafts:
I cut out two palm sized circles with the red fabric. I ended up pinning them to the olive colored top, but you could also hot glue it. Then I took some packing tape and connected all of the plastic face shield together so they could go around my bust. That is really all the arts and crafts needed for this costume. Just throw everything else on and don’t forget the martini glass!
Thanks for reading! Let me know in the comments if you decide to make this costume! xx
