Blue Wrap Coat

I’m going to have to file this coat under “an article of clothing I bought because Taylor Swift wore it first”. I shamefully bought this beautiful coat during No Fun February, even though I swore I wasn’t going to online shop that month. But I can honestly say I had my eye on this coat for months! Since Christmas! And I had resisted up until the moment I saw Taylor Swift wear a very similar coat after the BAFTA awards a few weeks ago. So I checked on the price of the gorgeous coat I had been looking at during the holidays and of course it was half off and only had one size left-my size. The stars aligned and I truly believe it was meant to be. (At least thats what I tell myself.)

Museum Musing

A few weekends ago I went to the Baltimore Museum of Art with my friend Jesse. The entire time we basically just took sneak attack pictures of each other admiring the art but also looking sophisticated and intrigued. Maybe I’m just projecting onto Jesse, but here are some of my favorite shots from that day.

Black Lace ‘Blank Space” Recreation

Nice to meet you, where you been? I can show you incredible things…

I have wanted to recreate this look for so long! As you probably already knew from this blog post, Blank Space is one of my all time favorite music videos. I’m all for recreating Taylor Swift looks whenever, but I thought sharing these pictures around Valentine’s Day was…appropriate for the theme of the video. I had so much fun recreating this look and am so happy with how these pictures turned out! All I’m missing is a white cat named Olivia and two white horses for the bedroom. Black Valentine’s Outfit

Not to sound too pessimistic, but I usually wear black on Valentine’s Day. It could be because in the past, my bitter heart wanted the world to know that I was alone and bitter…but now I just think black is the most flattering on my body. Plus, I get to match a bright red lipstick and colorful balloons with it without worry of clashing. I’m also pretty sure I’ll be wearing this to the Galentine’s party one of my best friend’s is throwing the weekend after Valentine’s Day! Best Teddy Bear Jackets

If you’ve been following along with my blog you probably know this picture is old because my hair is super long in it. I look these pictures last March in Annapolis. Earmuffs in the Snow

SNOWWW! Took you long enough to come visit me. Thankfully it’s not too much snow that I’m stuck in the house…but I do love using snow as an excuse to just stay in and relax. I have a pile of books I need to pick up, but I’m currently watching “YOU” on Netflix and writing up some blogs. I’m so happy it snowed because I got a chance to play with my new camera lens and wear these J.Crew Factory earmuffs my twin got me for Christmas.

Polka Dot NYE Dress


Happy New Year’s Eve! Spoiler Alert: I’m getting drunk tonight. I’m also gonna wear a dress and some heels and ringing in 2019 with some of my best friends. Currently I’m watching the Reputation Tour on Netflix and crying my eyes out. Thankfully I can still see my keyboard so I can share these pictures I took with one of my best friends, Ashley, the other night when we were bored and wanted to play dress up. Can you believe Christmas is on Tuesday? I’ve been working all week so it honestly feels so far away!
