This is what I like to call a good transition outfit for the week of Thanksgiving. Combining the wool burnt orange/brown sweater with ruby red corduroys is an ideal material and color combo for this next week. This may even be a contender for my Thanksgiving outfit. Plus, I just know I’ll be wearing these pants all December, but most likely paired with forest green and white. Now that it is getting to be the end of fall and beginning of Christmas (which is it’s own season), this is how I would style red corduroy flare pants.

I’ve gotten so tired of my sports-school-branded sweatpants with holes and stains in them. There are a few sales happening this weekend, but I also think now is a great time to order comfortable matching set loungewear because it’s getting chillier. A few months ago, you would have caught me dressing up every day for working from home. But now that it’s colder out, I am struggling just to leave my nice warm bed. For someone who doesn’t leave her house that often anymore, I still get really excited about fall fashion. It finally (and consistently) feels like fall here in Maryland and I am flourishing. Did I ever mention how much I love the color ‘burnt orange’ in the fall? I’m going to guess definitely since I tend to wear a lot of this color in October and November. I randomly threw this outfit together while researching fall trends on Tumblr and Pinterest. I get the best fashion and photo inspiration from there. I envision this outfit would be amazing for like a fall date night or happy hour with the girls…if I was going to either of those these days.
