How I’m Staying Sane During This Pandemic

How are you doing? No really….how are you actually doing? I think it’s important for all of us to admit that these are pretty hard times right now, and if at most, you’re just continuing to survive each day, that’s a pretty amazing thing. I’ve been social distancing in my house for the last few weeks and I’m getting a little stir crazy. I’m lucky to be in a house with a yard and a dog and 3 other people, but I am missing my friends, going out, going to the gym and even just going to work. Cherry Blossom Dress

At a time when we’re all social distancing and handling the global pandemic in the best ways we can, I constantly find myself wondering how I would be spending my time if I wasn’t quarantining in my house. And I don’t want to be sad over the ‘what-ifs’ of what we could all be doing if this horrible virus wasn’t spreading, but I think you’d be lying if you said you don’t think about it either. For example, this year I was really looking forward to going to see the cherry blossoms in DC. I rented this dress from Rent the Runway specifically for that reason. But the truth is I’m not going to get all bummed for not being able to go, especially when my neighbors have this beautiful tree outside their house and all I had to do was walk 10 yards away from my house to get these pictures. I’m super happy with how they turned out!

Rachel Green Outfits: Part 1

So this blog post took a lot to do. Normally I only shoot one outfit in a day, but this time I shot 6! And a video! Friends is my comfort TV show and I’m mega sad it’s not on Netflix anymore. Thankfully with 10 seasons, I have so many outfits I can recreate for a KimberKopy. This is definitely just part 1 of series that I don’t even know how many parts long it will be. But that’s the fun part about my blog: I can do what I want. My favorite part about this blog post is that everything I’m I’m wearing in this is something I already owned or is thrifted from ThredUp or Poshmark. Resources To Help You During A Pandemic

Hi everyone. It’s been a minute since I’ve posted something on here. I’ve sort of been watching everything happen in real time and taking it all in. I have been debating whether or not I should address the current pandemic on here or not. I’ve gone over what I can say and what I can do to actually help with the problem and I still don’t really have a good answer. I’m currently social-distancing at home. I’m lucky my job allows me to continue to work at home. I know a lot of people aren’t as lucky. I know a lot of people are nervous right now too. And scared. And I’m right there with you. Words cannot describe how excited I am to FINALLY share this Taylor Swift AMAs recreation. I have been sitting on this idea for MONTHS! Taylor wore this gorgeous Julien Macdonald dress to the 2019 American Music Awards back in November. The moment I laid eyes on it, I was thinking “OMG…I could totally recreate that”. Definitely took a while to implement but here we are. After all, the color green is big in March, so I like to think that even though I’m late on delivery I’m still on brand. Casual Weekend Look: Square Neck Top and Distressed Jeans

By this point, you would think I would come up with catchier titles for my blog posts. But alas, sometimes short and sweet and to the point is best. This blog post is all about this super easy casual weekend outfit. This look encompasses so many of my favorite current trends: the square neckline, baggy jeans, cutout booties and leopard hair scarf. I randomly decided to take these in my foyer on my tripod because I was tired of being cold and having to take pictures outside for the sake of good lighting. Snake Boots in a Graffiti Alley

I promise these pictures make me look so much more bada** than I actual am. I wore all black because I knew Kayla was going to wear all black and I can only try to be as edgy and goth and punk rock as she is. It’s been a while since we’ve shot together but Kayla came up with this whole concept and I just absolutely love how these pictures turned out! The Graffiti Alley in Baltimore is so cool. I totally recommend checking it out if you live near Baltimore. Kayla has been here a few times and there were a bunch of other people taking photos while we were there, or just admiring the scenery.
