What To Wear To The Eras Tour: Debut Era

Okay y’all- it is time for my own personal Super Bowl. This summer, Taylor Swift is going on tour and I am so incredibly lucky + blessed to say I am going to THREE SHOWS! All I can say is that I have amazing friends. I am so excited to dress up and be in the same room as Blondie herself (even if its in the nosebleeds). If you’ve followed my blog for any period of time (or my IG or my TikTok) you will notice I like to recreate iconic Taylor Swift outfits for fun. So when I say that my Super Bowl is about to happen, that is why. I was BORN for this!! One of my love languages is letting my friends borrow my clothes, but I also have a million fun ideas of what someone could wear to the Eras Tour this summer. What’s In My Shopping Cart: January 2023

In a recent blog post, I talked about how I have curbed a lot of my shopping habits since moving out from my parents house. That being said, I still really love shopping. But I can talk myself both into and out of anything if I set my mind to it. The likelihood of me buying all of this is so unlikely, but it still scratches an itch in my brain to see all of these items lined up in a cute little blog post. Changes To My Blog: Confessions of a Bad Blogger

You know I’ve consistently been a bad blogger, when I started writing this post in March 2022, but am just posting it now. I have been saying for almost a year how much of a bad blogger I am, but my friends (who I complain about this to) always say things like: “no, you’re not” or “you’re just really busy” or “wait, you have a blog?”. I was tempted to name this blog after that Kourtney Kardashian quote that was circulating the clock app that goes “I was just out there, living life”, because I truly feel like that is why I have been dropping the ball on posting regular content. But then I thought this may be a good chance to reintroduce myself and the blog, since a lot has changed since I first started this blog in 2017. So hello there! I’m Kim, and I’m a bad blogger.

Why I Am Not Shopping At Amazon Anymore

This is something I have been thinking about for a while. Originally I wrote “this year” in the title, but I really hope I can give it up completely and forever. One of my best friends, Emily, gave up Amazon last year and I was so inspired by her that I had to give it a try. Cheers To My 2023 Champagne Problems

I guess technically I named them my “champagne goals” but I like the idea that each one of these things is a “problem” that I get to cheers to this year. And yes, technically I got Prosecco to drink, but I am a big La Marca girlie. I was inspired to do this after watching a video on TikTok. I love drinking some bubbly and celebrating accomplishments, so I figured this would be a good way to ensure I actually work for my goals. 2022 Was The Year I…

I have been keeping a running list in my phone of things I am happy I did in 2022. Maybe this post was also inspired by the “2022 Eras” trend that I saw on Tiktok (and yes I made a video for). I could sit here and think of all of my resolutions I made at the start of this year and check off everything I did or didn’t do. But honestly, that makes me feel like a failure. I know I didn’t hit every goal, but that does not mean I did not have a fantastic year. I am both pleased and proud of the year I had and wanted to share some key changes I noticed.

My Intentions for 2023

Happy (almost) New Year Friends! I love a clean slate. And yes, things don’t magically change at the start of a new year, but I am a very goal oriented person. I like making lists and crossing them off. In the past I used to not make resolutions, but I decided to make a bunch this year because I love the feeling of crossing something off a to-do list.
