I know it’s literally only a few days before February starts, but there is still time to plan and get ready for No Fun Feb! Here are a few tips I have to help you start the month off right.

But the reason I’m bringing it back is because of my coat. I love love LOVE this teddy bear coat that I surprisingly got at a thrift shop in the middle of nowhere Pennsylvania in 2016. And since teddy bear jackets are crazy in right now, I linked a bunch of them below.

I am just now finishing up all the holiday candy in my house and my poor wallet needs a break. Here is my original post for “No Fun February” but I refuse to make posts like this without acknowledging that this name for this came from when my friend, Jesse, did “No Fun November” a few years ago. I’ve made a few changes to last years NFF rules and guidelines which you can find below. But this blog post is also about why you should even give up your indulges anyway and participate in No Fun February.
And if you’ve caught on to how early I’m posting about NFF, that’s because I’m traveling for most of January and wanted to plant the idea in your head so you can decide if you want to do NFF with me!

I have a pile of books I need to pick up, but I’m currently watching “YOU” on Netflix and writing up some blogs. I’m so happy it snowed because I got a chance to play with my new camera lens and wear these J.Crew Factory earmuffs my twin got me for Christmas.

Well I have returned to good ol’ Big Cork Vineyards for a get together with the girls for my friend Jess’s birthday. And lets be honest, anyone can turn into a great philosopher when girl talk and wine are involved. But honestly, I first started thinking about this blog post over the holidays when I saw one of my friends from college after 6 months.

The past few days I haven’t really been on top of the whole blog thing, as I’ve been hard core relaxing. It’s been absolutely wonderful, but now I am ready to get sh*t done in 2019! I’ve done a lot of reflecting on 2018 (which was a seriously awesome year for me) but I’ve also thought about what I want 2019 to bring me. And before you ask, yes, I have New Year’s Resolutions. But something happened the other day that made me question whether or not resolutions are even worth making!

Currently I’m watching the Reputation Tour on Netflix and crying my eyes out. Thankfully I can still see my keyboard so I can share these pictures I took with one of my best friends, Ashley, the other night when we were bored and wanted to play dress up. I hope you get some mad NYE vibes from this post. I got the inspiration for these pictures when I was on Pinterest looking up NYE photos and a lot of 60s disco pics kept coming up. I also want to add a disclaimer that while I am holding a drink in these pictures, I am not intoxicated. But I will be tonight. Thanks for understanding that.

I need to really sink into the holly-jolly spirit, which isn’t hard when I’ve worn an ugly Christmas sweater everyday this week. The sweater I’m wearing in this post is not one of those (obviously) but it is my first cropped sweater and I’m a big fan. It’s from Vici and the link is below!

I am currently deciding between two dresses I have (which are actually featured in one of these collages below). I love dressing up for NYE so I had so much fun putting together these guides! Hope you find something you love!
Read More >>New Years Eve is one of my favorite holidays just based on the notion that it is the most socially acceptable holiday to wear glitter. Most years I don’t even have decisive plans before I buy an outfit. That was the case this year when I bought this dress from Lulu’s on Black Friday. You can probably already tell how much I love this green color this season so I really couldn’t resist buying this shimmery, sparkly dress. I’m so glad this dress matches up with the plans that I made after I bought it!
