Don’t ask me why, but I have been obsessing over neutral, casual dresses I can wear in both spring and summer. And yes, blue does count as a neutral. If you couldn’t tell from the image above, midi dresses are all I can think about and if they are tiered… *chefs kiss*. I love a versatile dress that can be dressed up or down. Any of these dresses would look great with heels or sneakers, which makes them the perfect dresses for spring and summer.

Like many of us, my body has changed in the last 2 years since the Panda Express started. And I don’t think I realized it until February. Given- I was isolating and bunkering down in my apartment for most of winter due to all the COVID going around. As I get older, I start to accept that my body needs consistent movement and exercise in order to function at it’s prime. So when I was sick and not moving my body as frequently as I used to, its no wonder my body changed.

I’d like to start a new series here on the blog of quick and fast recipes that I love to cook in my apartment for myself. I am not the best cook, but I have been trying eat at home as often as I can to be healthy and save money. Honestly, I get most of the ideas for cooking from Instagram and Tiktok. And you will probably recognize the general idea for this recipe from Tiktok too. I love this meal because it only takes 20 minutes to make and has some veggies in it (I always try to have some sort of greens in every meal).

What do you do when you have travel points that expire in April? You throw a dart and go wherever it lands! Maybe that is an exaggeration, considering I have always wanted to go to Rhode Island. My friend Ashley and I decided to take a very random weekend trip and it was delightful! We flew in Providence and stayed near the beaches of Westerly. While of course there were a few speed bumps along the way (BWI forgetting my luggage being the main thing) this was a lovely trip. Normally when I make a trip recap I will include everything I did and everywhere I went, but truth be told, all Ashley and I did was drink, ride our bikes and have some serious girl talk for 72 hours straight. Happy Almost Valentine’s Day. Truth be told- I am not a huge fan of this holiday, but I am the BIGGEST supporter in self love.
While Valentine’s Day is normally centered around romantic love, I am such a big advocate around the idea that that is not the only love worth celebrating. There are so many other types of love- the love you have for your friends, your pets, your family, yourself – that usually get kicked to the curb during the Valentine’s Day hype.
